Boost Your Immune System & Fight Your Cold

Updated: Nov 19, 2022

Drink this when you are sick to boost your immune system

This is an ancient recipe to boost your immune system. It takes a little effort to make but it is worth it. It consists of only natural ingredients. It is easy to make but one of the best medicines that you can take when you are sick.

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor. This is not health advice. Please do your own research and ask your doctor.

You will need:

- 2-liter mason jar with a rubber band and a paper coffee filter

- 2 cinnamon sticks

- 3-4 heaped tablespoons of dried rosemary

- 1 tsp black peppercorns

- 1/3 cup ground turmeric

- 3-4 heaped tablespoons of fresh or dried thyme

- 3-4 heaped tablespoons of fresh or dried oregano

- 6 heaped tablespoons of dried echinacea flowers

- 1/3 cup of fresh peeled horseradish

- 1 full cup of fresh peeled ginger

- 1/2 cup of fresh smashed cloves of garlic

- 1 heaped tablespoon aniseed

- 2 onions

- 2 oranges

- 2 lemons

- 2 limes

- 1 tsp cloves

- 1 jalapeno

- 1 liter of (homemade) apple cider vinegar with the mother

Preparation

Before you start with making this remedy make sure that your environment is positive and clean. Maybe you want to cleanse the room with sage first, put some relaxing music on or even meditation sounds, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knehbOEzpgM

Set your intention for this remedy and start.

Mix it

Put all the ingredients together and use as organic and fresh ingredients as possible. Squeeze the citrus fruit a little bit to get more juice out but put the whole fruit in.

Stir it

After you put all ingredients into the jar, give it a gentle stir for one minute while thinking of your intention again.

Let it rest

Cover the jar with a paper coffee filter and wrap a rubber band around it. Let it sit at room temperature for about 4 weeks.

Harvest

After these weeks of rest, strain the liquid and keep the pure juice in a jar or a bottle in the fridge. This juice can last up to a year but I would recommend keeping it for only about 6 months before making a new one.

Your remedy for your next cold is ready

Take 1-2 tablespoons 4 times a day from the moment you notice the first symptoms of a cold. Keep on doing so until you feel healthy again. You can add honey and if you like you can also dilute this remedy with some water to drink as a shot.

Note: You can also use this drink to boost your immune system. You don't have to be sick to consume this remedy.

I wish you health and a strong immune system. Take care of your body and mind.

Namasté
